The laboratory is designed for operational control of fuels at petroleum storage  bases, petrol stations.

The mobile laboratory is equipped for rapid fuel analysis. It should be noted at the outset that not all methods of analysis are arbitration, but the mobile laboratory does not aim to fully replace a stationary laboratory equipped with a complete set of equipment for classical methods of analysis.

When completing, emphasis is placed on modern, high-tech equipment that can work in the laboratory on the chassis, does not require the preparation of the sample and for a short time to give results.

The main indicators of fuel quality, implemented in the laboratory:

- distillation

- octane number (gasoline), cetane number (diesel fuel)

- turbidity, CPP, FPP

- density

- sulphur content

- content of iron, vanadium, other elements

- viscosity

- flash point

- Total pollution (particulate matter)

- specific electrical conductivity

- Pressure of saturated vapours

It allows the operator to get the result, which is interpreted according to several important indicators of fuel quality, such as distillation data, octane and cetane numbers, oxygenate content, aromatic substances, density and a number of others.

The device works from the vehicle’s on-board network or from the 220V network.

Interface - USB, LIMS. Calibrations and test results are stored in the device memory.

 Built-in, maintenance-free cooling system.

USB interface, LIMS, output to printer.

The points of turbidity and solidification are tested on the same test position

Automatic densometer

Designed for high-precision and express determination of liquid media density.

Accuracy and reproducibility - 0.0001 g/cm³

Interface -  USB and Ethernet

Intuitive user-friendly software, large touch screen

X-ray fluorescence analyzer

The EXDRF is a spectrometer. Portable device in field version (with moisture protection IP44).

Determination of sulphur by ASTM D 4294 with detection limit of 3 ppm.

Determination of elemental composition in samples from Na to U (including iron and lead in motor gasolines).

Automatic portable viscometer

The instrument is designed to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquids in a mobile laboratory.

The portable viscometer, weighing 1.8 kg, is equipped with a touchscreen to control the device and is equipped with a battery for independent operation.

The analysis does not require solvents, density determination or thermometer To obtain high accuracy without prior test measurements, each sample is measured at a constant temperature.

Principle of operation: Hele-Shaw technology, which uses a folding cell with a capillary channel to determine kinematic viscosity. Infrared sensors are used to record the expiry time of the sample.

Kinematic viscosity measurement range: 1-700 mm2/s (cSt) at 40oC

 Sample volume - 60 ml (3-4 drops)

  Dimensions: 152x127x203 cm

Automatic Flash Point Analyzer

It is an automated flash point tester in a closed Pensky-Martens cup up to 300°C.  The device uses electrical sample ignition.

Methods: ASTM D3278, ASTM D3828, ASTM D7236, ASTM E502, BS 2000-523, Rules CLP EC № 1272/2008, EPA 1020 A & B, IP 523, IP 524 (обс), IP 534, ISO 3679, ISO 3680

Sample volume - 2-4 ml

Analysis time - 7 minutes.

Color display,  touch pad.

Jet fuel specific conductivity meter

The manual fuel conductivity meter complies with the requirements of ASTM D2624. It provides accurate and rapid measurement of conductivity of distillate fuels; and is specially designed for testing low conductivity liquids such as aviation kerosene.

The analyser can measure the specific electrical conductivity of the fuel from 0 to 2000 pS /m, although it is usually used in the range from 0 to 500 pS /m.

Battery, USB interface, measurement data storage.

Saturated Gasoline Vapor Pressure Analyzer

The device makes it possible to obtain quick results on the measurement of the pressure of saturated petrol vapours by the arbitration method  EN 13016-1. The sample is injected through the sept into a constant volume chamber whose temperature is maintained at 37.8 °C 0.1 °C. The ratio of the vapour to the liquid phase is 4:1. The pressure in the chamber shall be measured automatically at an interval of 1 minute until three values with a difference of not more than 0.1 kPa are obtained, after which the test shall be completed.
